The AM-850 Automatic Modified Atmosphere Packaging Machine is a high-efficiency food MAP packaging equipment designed for fresh food preservation. Description

Constructed with full SUS 304 stainless steel frames and 1.5mm alloy aluminum structures, the AM-850 MAP machine meets GMP food hygiene standards. It features a high-precision gas mixing system (mixing error ≤2.0%, food-grade gas purity ≥99.5%), integrating automatic box feeding, gas flushing, heat sealing and discharging to cut labor and material waste. A Zonde vacuum pump is available as an optional add-on.

Fitted with Mitsubishi PLC and Weinview/Panasonic touchscreen HMI, the machine uses original Airtac pneumatic parts and Schneider electric components for reliable long-run performance. Its standard 850880100 mold supports custom sizing; quick disassembly enables fast product changeovers and easy maintenance.

This unit delivers steady gas supply, high continuous speed and anti-corrosion stainless steel construction. It needs ≥0.6Mpa input air and supports customized power supplies, making it an ideal MAP solution for food factories demanding high output, sanitation and stable operation.
