Description

Made of SUS 304 stainless steel and alloy aluminum, AM-750 MAP machine complies with GMP food safety standards. Its precise gas mixing system delivers ≤2% error and ≥99.5% food-grade gas purity, realizing fully automatic box feeding, gas flushing, sealing and discharging to cut labor and waste. Zonde vacuum pump is optional.

Powered by Mitsubishi PLC with Weinview/Panasonic touchscreen HMI, the machine features Airtac pneumatic and Schneider electric parts for steady long-run operation. The customizable 750*280*80 mold allows fast disassembly for product changeovers and easy maintenance.

Boasting reliable gas supply, low-failure imported components and anti-corrosion stainless steel frame, this compact unit only needs ≥0.6Mpa air source and supports custom power. It is a cost-effective MAP solution for medium-output food factories seeking hygienic and stable packaging equipment.
