Description

Made of SUS 304 stainless steel and high-strength alloy aluminum, the AM-650 MAP machine meets GMP food hygiene standards. Its precision gas mixing system achieves ≤2% mixing error and ≥99.5% food-grade gas purity, performing fully automatic box feeding, gas flushing, heat sealing and discharging to cut labor and material waste. Tianli vacuum pump is optional for vacuum packaging needs.

Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and Weinview/Panasonic touchscreen HMI, this machine adopts original Airtac pneumatic parts and Schneider electric components for stable long-hour operation. Its customizable 850*320*80 mold supports quick disassembly, enabling fast product changeovers and easy daily maintenance.

This equipment features stable gas delivery system, low-failure imported components and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction. It only requires ≥0.6Mpa compressed air and supports customized power supplies. Compact, low-power and budget-friendly, it is an ideal MAP solution for medium-output food manufacturers pursuing hygiene and steady performance.
