Description

Built with SUS304 stainless steel and high-strength alloy aluminum, AM-550 MAP machine meets GMP food hygiene standards. Its precise gas mixing system delivers ≤2% error and ≥99.5% food-grade gas purity, performing fully automatic box feeding, gas flushing, sealing and discharging to lower labor and waste. Zonde vacuum pump is available as an optional accessory.

Fitted with Mitsubishi PLC and Weinview/Panasonic touchscreen HMI, the machine adopts original Airtac pneumatic parts and Schneider electric components for stable long-time operation. Its customizable 55028080 mold supports quick disassembly for fast product changeovers and simple daily maintenance.

Equipped with steady gas supply system and low-failure imported parts, this light-duty machine only requires ≥0.6Mpa air source and supports custom power supply. Compact, low-power and cost-effective, it is the ideal MAP equipment for small-scale food producers focusing on sanitation and stable basic performance.
