The Rotary Vacuum Packaging Machine achieves vacuum packaging mainly through the following series of steps:

 

1. Material filling:


Put the items to be packaged into a special packaging bag. This step is usually completed manually or with the assistance of other automated equipment to ensure that the items enter the packaging bag accurately and neatly, and the opening of the packaging bag is in a state suitable for subsequent operations. For the Rotary Vacuum Packaging Machine, there may be a special feeding device to cooperate with the rotating worktable of the machine to achieve continuous and efficient material filling.

 

2. Bag conveying and positioning:


The packaging bag containing the material is conveyed to the working area of ​​the Rotary Vacuum Packaging Machine. The Rotary Vacuum Packaging Machine generally has a rotatable worktable or turntable with multiple workstations on it. The packaging bag will be accurately conveyed to a specific workstation for subsequent vacuuming and sealing operations. 3. Vacuuming:


When the packaging bag arrives at the vacuuming station, the vacuum pump starts working. As the air is continuously extracted, the oxygen and other gases in the packaging bag are discharged to form a certain vacuum degree. When the preset vacuum value is reached, the vacuum pump stops working.

 

4. Heat sealing:


After the vacuuming is completed, the heat sealing device starts working. The heat sealing device melts the sealing part of the packaging bag by heating, and then applies a certain pressure to press it together to form a sealed package. Parameters such as heat sealing temperature, time and pressure are key factors affecting the sealing quality, and need to be precisely adjusted according to the material, thickness of the packaging bag and the characteristics of the packaged items.

 

5. Cooling and exhaust:

 

After the heat seal is completed, the sealed part needs to be cooled to ensure the firmness of the seal. The cooling device will quickly reduce the temperature of the seal to solidify the molten material, thus forming a stable seal. At the same time, the vacuum pump may continue to work for a period of time to exhaust the residual gas in the vacuum chamber to further ensure the vacuum degree of the package. This step can effectively reduce the residual gas in the package and improve the quality of vacuum packaging.

 

6. Bag unloading:

 

After the above steps, the items in the packaging bag have completed vacuum packaging. The rotary table transports the packaged bags to the bag unloading station, and the packaged products are removed from the machine by mechanical devices or manually for subsequent transportation, storage or sales.
